Pastor Emmanuel and Mrs. Maame Serwaa Osei-Marfo are the Resident Ministers of PIWC North York based in North York, ON. since September 14, 2025.

Pastor Emmanuel has been privileged to serve in various leadership roles within The Church of Pentecost, particularly in the Youth and PENSA Ministry. In 2023, he was appointed National Youth Pastor and has recently been entrusted with the role of Youth and PENSA Director for Canada.

​

He is blessed with a loving and supportive wife, Mrs. Maame Serwaa Osei-Marfo, a woman of quiet strength and devotion. Together, they are grateful to God for the blessing of three wonderful children.

 

Their lives and ministry reflect their desire to serve God faithfully and to be vessels for His Kingdom purpose.
